Orders that you place online on are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We do our best to send you your posters as quickly as possible, but on weekends, the groundhogs wrapping the small packages rest. Fortunately, they don't hibernate in winter!

As a general rule, the products ordered are shipped the day after your order (working days). Et hop !

Shipping cost

Delivery charges are applied to remunerate super heroes of the logistic. Those guys and girls who are on the road all holy day to carry your shopping to your home sweet home. Of how much ? Good question. It all depends on the weight and the place of delivery (mainland France / Europe and the rest of the world). They are calculated automatically once you have entered the place of delivery and are displayed on the site before your order. Our deliveries are carried out by the super heroes of Colissimo. The delivery costs displayed are therefore based on the Colissimo price list. We do not margin on the shipping costs!

Colissimo tracking

Colissimo Monitoring delivery is provided by La Poste within 2 to 3 working days after shipment. If you went to look for bread at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave you a calling card allowing you to collect your package at the post office for 15 days. So don't panic. A tracking number is assigned to each of your orders and allows you to track your package by going to the Colissimo site (

Your tracking number is sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is prepared and ready to be sent. You can also find it on your customer account in the "my orders" section.

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the period indicated on the order validation page. So be careful when entering postal coordinates. Unless you want to give your neighbor a gift ...

Compliance with delivery times depends on the carrier. Yes, we don't deliver the posters to you by bike! Therefore, sorry but no claim for compensation can be invoked or claimed from ikonik.

Likewise, in the event of delivery by a carrier, the latter cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to your unavailability after several meeting proposals. In short, don't go looking for bread every time ... Or stock up. ;)

When receiving your order, we invite you to open the package to see that the posters are in good condition.

If you do not personally receive the parcel, ask the person in charge of receiving the parcel to carry out this check. Parent, child *, neighbor, janitor, partner, lover... it's up to you, but just advise them to be careful when opening the parcel. (* By child, we mean anyone aged 15 or over who knows that it's better to lay down his smartphone and his jar of Nutella to delicately open a package).

In the event of a problem, it can happen, delivery, like life, is not a long quiet river, you will have to give your package to the delivery person (La Poste or private carrier) specifying the problem encountered and contact us the same day by sending us an email to hello[at]

A tip, valid for all distance purchases: do not sign the delivery slip if the order has arrived damaged. No complaint will be admissible if the delivery note has been signed. It would be too bad ...

We also point out that in the case of delivery by private carrier, the carrier is not required to deliver the item to your apartment, itself located on the 18th floor without elevator. He can deliver the package to you at the entrance to your building or your house. Don't blame them, they swallow miles and stairs all day long. And a little sport won't hurt you. ;)

For information, the reception of the transported objects extinguishes any action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if, within three days, not including public holidays, which follow that of this reception, the recipient has not notified the carrier, by extrajudicial act or by registered letter, protest which must be motivated. (Art L 133.3 of the Commercial Code). A man, like a woman, warned is worth two.


In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code - which you have never read and that is why we are talking to you about it - you have, as an individual, a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. This is valid for all purchases you make remotely in a country of the European Union and therefore in France where we are based. However, this right does not apply to orders placed by companies (the law protects the weak), nor to countries outside the European Union.

If you live in a country of the European Union, you therefore have the right to return your order to us if you are not satisfied with it. Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories). And note that in this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. So be careful, a poster is fragile. Greasy fingerprints or jam, horny or torn corners and knockouts, the poster will be good to throw away, we will no longer be able to reinstate it in our stocks and will therefore not be able to accept your return. Admit it would be silly ...

Finally, note that the return costs will be your responsibility, according to the terms of the law.

To do this, simply contact us by e-mail at hello [at] We will then tell you the address and the modalities of return. Among other things, we draw your attention to the provisions of the law which stipulates that you must send us a withdrawal form. The simple return of the goods without declaration or the refusal to take delivery are not sufficient to express your wish to retract.

If your order was delivered by Post (Colissimo), you can return your order to us by Post (return costs at your expense, see above).

If your order was delivered by a carrier, the carrier will pick up your order. You will be billed for this service at the same price as the initial delivery charge.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, ikonik will reimburse the sums paid (price of returned items + initial shipping costs) as soon as possible, and within a maximum period of 10 days following receipt by it and via the same payment method that has been used when ordering.
