Competition Rules
Article 1 - Organization
ikonik (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer") whose head office is located at 418 rue des Goélands, 83140 Six-Fours-les-Plages, registered under number 399 531 219 00042, is organizing a free competition game with no obligation to purchase entitled “We offer you the island of your dreams!” on the Instagram and Facebook platforms from September 16 to September 29, 2024 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as "the Game").
Article 2 - Conditions of participation
Participation in the Game is open to any adult natural person residing in a country of the European Union, with internet access and a valid Instagram account.
Participation is strictly nominative and limited to one entry per person and per competition day.
Article 3 - Conditions of participation
To participate, participants must:

Comment on the competition post indicating the island or islands that make them dream.

Subscribe to the Instagram or Facebook account @so.ikonik.
Each participant can participate once per day. Participation is strictly personal and nominative.
Article 4 - Designation of winners
A winner will be drawn each day from among the participants who have respected the terms of participation. The draw will be carried out by the Organizer. The winner's Instagram handle will be announced in the comments under the competition post corresponding to the day of their participation.
Article 5 - Endowment
Every day, the winner will receive a large format poster (50x70 cm) of the island of their choice (while stocks last) from the “The Islands Project” collection available on https://ikonik.design.The endowment cannot be the subject of any exchange, nor of any financial compensation or financial equivalent.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value in the event of external difficulty in obtaining what has been announced, particularly in the event of a stock shortage.
Article 6 - Announcement of winners and delivery of prizes
The winners will be contacted directly via private message on Instagram or Facebook by the Organizer, and will receive their prize by post to the address they have provided. Delivery costs will be covered by the Organizer. In the event of non-response from the winner within 7 days after the announcement of the results, the winner will be considered to have forfeited their prize, and a new draw will be carried out to designate another winner.
Article 7 - Use of personal data
The information collected as part of the Game is intended for the Organizer and necessary for participation to be taken into account. In accordance with current regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.
Article 8 - Liability
The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control disrupting the organization and management of the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone , modify or extend the Game.
Article 9 - Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these regulations. Failure to comply with these regulations results in automatic cancellation of participation and possible award of bonuses.
Article 10 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These regulations are subject to French law and any difficulty in applying or interpreting the regulations will be decided by the competent courts.
