Refund Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you as an individual have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. This right only concerns member countries of the European Union and does not apply to orders placed by companies.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

Return costs will be your responsibility, in accordance with the law.

If your order was delivered by post (Colissimo), you can return your order to us by post (return costs at your expense).

If your order was delivered by a carrier, the carrier will pick up your order. You will be charged the same price as the initial delivery charge for this service.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, ikonik will reimburse the sums paid (price of the returned items + initial shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt by it and via the same means of payment as the one used when ordering.
