Shipping Policy


The orders you place online on are processed within a maximum of 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We do our best to send you your posters as quickly as possible, but on weekends, the groundhogs who wrap the small packages rest. Luckily, they don't hibernate in the winter!
As a rule, ordered products are dispatched the day after your order (working days). And zou, here we go!

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are applied to compensate logistics superheroes. Those guys and girls who are on the road all day long to get your purchases to your home sweet home. Of how much ? Good question. It all depends on the weight and the place of delivery (metropolitan France / Europe and the rest of the world). They are calculated automatically once you have entered the place of delivery and are displayed on the site before your order. Our deliveries are made by the super heroes of Colissimo. The delivery costs displayed are therefore based on the Colissimo price list. We do not mark up on shipping costs!

Colissimo tracking

Colissimo Suivi delivery is provided by La Poste within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. If you left to pick up bread at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave you a transit advice note allowing you to collect your package at the post office for 15 days. So don't panic. A tracking number is assigned to each of your orders and allows you to track your package by going to the Colissimo website (
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is prepared and ready to be sent. You can also find it in your customer account under "my orders".

Delivery times

Here, for information, are the deadlines communicated by La Poste services (in working days):
FRANCE: within 48 hours
. from D+5 (Guadeloupe, St Barthélémy, St Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Guyana)
. from D+7 (New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna Islands, Mayotte and St-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Southern and Antarctic Territories)
EUROPE: from D+3

A few useful clarifications:

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page. So be careful when entering postal details. Unless you want to give your neighbor a gift...

Meeting delivery times depends on the carrier. Yes, we are not the ones who deliver the posters to you by bike! Therefore, sorry but no claim for compensation can be invoked or claimed from ikonik.

Similarly, in the event of delivery by a carrier, the latter cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to your unavailability after several appointment proposals. In other words, don't do the bread trick every time. Otherwise it's called posing a rabbit. ;)

Upon receipt of your order, we invite you to open the package to see that the posters are in good condition.

If you do not personally receive the package, ask the person in charge of receiving the package to carry out this check. Parent, child*, neighbour, concierge, partner, lover..., it's up to you, but just recommend that they be careful when opening the envelope.(*By child, we mean anyone aged 15 or over who knows how to drop their smartphone and jar of Nutella to carefully open a package)

In the event of a problem, it can happen, delivery, like life, is not a long calm river, you will have to give your package to the delivery person (La Poste or private carrier) specifying the problem encountered and take contact us the same day by emailing us at hello[at]

A piece of advice, valid for all distance purchases: do not sign the delivery note if the order has arrived damaged. No claim will be admissible if the delivery slip has been signed. That would be silly...

We also specify that in the case of a delivery by private carrier, the carrier is not required to deliver the envelope to your apartment, itself located on the 18th floor without a lift. He can give you the package at the entrance of your building or house. Don't blame them, they gobble up miles and stairs all day long. And a little sport won't hurt you. ;)

For your information, the reception of the objects transported extinguishes any action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if, within three days, not including public holidays, which follow that of this reception, the recipient has not notified the carrier, by extrajudicial act or by registered letter, his protest which must be substantiated. (Art L 133.3 of the Commercial Code). A man, like a woman, warned is worth two.
